About the Course
Forest Bathing will help you connect more deeply with yourself, the natural world around you, and teach you how to move with intention while experiencing the many sights, sounds, and smells of the world. This course is designed to provide a guided meditation through which you will be asked to contemplate various parts of nature, community, and human connection. A wandering mind is a good thing, it means you are a curious soul! In this course we will practice channeling that curiosity into mindful moments, creating a safe space for you to explore whatever might arise. All are welcome and encouraged to come with an open mind and heart.
Ari is a Registered Maine Guide, Wilderness First Responder, and trained naturalist. She has been immersed in the natural world since childhood and has a strong set of outdoor skills to help keep you safe, while you explore the wilds of our world.
