In this beginner's shelter building course, you will learn to identify safe areas for emergency shelter, what a good emergency shelter provides (and what it does not), and how to use the natural world around you to create a space that may help you survive, should you need to spend the night in nature unexpectedly.

Ari is a Registered Maine Guide, Wilderness First Responder, and trained naturalist. She has been immersed in the natural world since childhood and has a strong set of outdoor skills to help keep you safe, while you explore the wilds of our world.
